Centered around an existing Minor League Baseball Park and youth baseball complex, this Master Plan consists of creating an Entertainment District in this western Tennessee town. A new Conference Center, two hotels, and over 100,000 square feet of retail & restaurant space are planned to be located at the north end of the property, and an indoor athletic venue, recreation facility, and 16 soccer fields are planned at the south end of the property. Both of the hotels plan to take advantage of views into the ball park. Parking for the retail development will be shared with the existing ball park parking.
