This commission is the design of a new academic magnet school for the Metro Nashville School System. The facility, built on the site of the original Meigs School, serves approximately 650 students in grades 5 through 8 and includes general classrooms, language classrooms, art and drama classrooms, science classrooms complete with labs, a cafeteria, a gymnasium with physical education and athletic locker rooms, and an auditorium. Also included are athletic fields for soccer and softball.
